Item Care

Items are dish washer safe but we recommend customers hand wash their items and air dry. Items are not microwavable.

Can I pick up my order?

Pickup appointments are Monday - Friday at the studio in Bushwick, Brooklyn. Please email us with a day/time that works for you and I will schedule your appointment: vedasn@gmail.com

After 4 weeks of purchase date, unclaimed orders are considered abandoned, and will be subject to storage fees or donation.

Shipping

Shipping is calculated at checkout. Items ship out 5-7 business days from order date. Made-to-order pieces may take 4–8 weeks.

Currently we do not offer international shipping.

Return Policy

All sales are final sale items and therefore we do not accept returns. In the event an item breaks on its way to a customer we require that the customer inform us of the incident by sending us pictures of the broken item as well as pictures of the inner and outer packaging the item came in within 48 hours of delivery. Once we receive these key pieces, the customer will receive store credit for the broken item’s value.
